Green Pear

This is an original collage painting. It is 10 x 8" and created on mat board. The entire piece is made from several types of paper. The body of the pear is actually made from magazine pages. The article in the magazine was on the Amazon Rain Forest and I just loved the various shades of green and thought it was rather fitting to use prints of nature to create a pear.
