A group shot for The Real Boxercise Class, run by a friend of mine, Carlo Riccio (far left in the group as we look at it). It was good to get everyone smiling and all looking at the camera and no-one "hiding" just for a change! The benefits of Boxercise can clearly be seen in this bunch of happy people.
