The Noor House a few years after the first stories - Kiril, Melissa, Aryn, Emiera, Kathra, and Jere. Kathra - My main character, her parents were murdered by a rogue bounty hunter named Saal'Ku many years ago, and several years before this pic, she allied herself with Alex Reese and Eryk Dimitri to find and capture Saal'Ku for her crimes. She and Eryk managed a brief relationship, ending in Eryk's death at Saal'Ku's hands, but not before Kathra became pregnant with his child, a boy she named Aryn. Years later she attempted a relationship with her lifelong friend Jere, but due to her posthumous obsession with Eryk they broke it off, after Kathra gave birth to her second child, a girl that she and Jere named Emiera. Kiril - Kathra's brother, he stuck with her through the first twenty years of his life, through their adventures with the Crimson Nova, but after Khursinhi was liberated, he went off with his newfound friend Melissa to join the Triani Alliance as anti-tanu operatives. The pair traverses Takisi Garden investigating tanu incursions like the one that nearly claimed both Kathra and Kiril's lives prior to Aryn's birth. Melissa - Human soldier in the American Alliance, Melissa found herself stranded on the frigid moon of Wyse after a failed scouting foray into the Free Pirate Confederacy. Subject to harsh conditions, enforced labor and the merciless whims of the slaver Erathyl, Melissa nearly died on Wyse, and would have if not for Kiril. Together they overthrew Erathyl and freed the other slaves, becoming good friends and better allies. Together they joined the Triani Alliance and have been a team ever since. Jere - His parents killed by Seekers, Jere wanted nothing more than to see his world and his people liberated from the Dro'Xaren Ephex, and joined the Dari resistance in Syrani to help as best he could. Second only to Nari Arian and Dema Charafi by the time of the Khursinhi Uprising, he fought valiantly alongside Kathra and Dema against the Dromi's Son and his Seekers. After Nari and Dema's death and Khursinhi's liberation from the Ephex, Jere took an active role in the military and political recreation of the Eforan Commonwealth, but still found time for a brief relationship with lifelong friend Kathra Noor. Their daughter Emiera, while cared for by Kathra, is still precious to him, and he visits as often as he can between his other duties to his people and his nation.
