The overlayed grid is an interesting device. Great impact from using the strong colours and diagonals. So many things happening here with contrasts in line, direction, shape, value but maintains unity throughout. I particularly like the graduation from cool greens and blues on the outer through low saturation warms into the hot saturated reds and yellows across the centre of the canvas - pulls the eye like a magnet. Very well designed and executed. First Class
