| Artist Reply: Cathy, thank you ever so much for the excellent comment, it is truly appreciated always. He does look sort of regal standing up there as our neighborhood watch goose... LOL... It was one our huge red oak trees that was snapped off just above the edge of the photo in a high wind storm, sadly to say. I really love the oaks we have out there and the wildlife that frequents them and the area. | ||

It is, or was one our huge red oaks that we had out behind my apartment that came down in a high wind storm and snapped it off just above the edge of the photo. It truly is some beautiful wood. And of course our neighborhood watch goose just adds to it. I am glad you enjoyed this one. | ||

I find it so interesting to watch nature and see what they do and found this to be quite interesting and unique with him standing there as if on watch for the rest of the animals.
