Clementine Hunter and Melrose Plantation(2002)

The primitive artist, Clementine Hunter, stands with her brush in front of the Melrose Plantation where she lived and died. Her paintings, sold for peanuts during her lifetime, now a valued at $3000 to $6000 or more. Such is art. She lived in a tiny cottage at the back of the plantation. This painting is found in that cottage now.

Wonderful painting of this underrated and overlooked fine artist. Thank you for honoring Ms. Hunter with your striking portrait of her.

Your work remains to be intelligently painted honoring notable Artists...need more Artists like you to educate the on-line public of who and what's really out-there..my vote's to you is always a ten +++ from now on..you work very hard at what you do as i do so there-fore it is....
