Yesterday afternoon both Megan and Joanna won awards in the District Reflections competition. Joanna, 13, in middle school, and whom you see here in both photos, won 1st place in Film and 2nd place in Visual Arts. Megan 10 and in intermediate won 1st place in Dance Choreography. My photo of her accepting her medal was too blurry. All 3 of their entries are now going to State. Last year Joanna’s Visual Art entry won at State and went on to Nationals in Washington DC. I hope you enjoy!!!
