Every time Tina called me feeling suicidal I would tell her I needed her, that I couldn't survive without her- and I finally got to the point where I was SO tired of fighting that battle, that I didn't say that to her... and she actually thanked me for not saying it- saying that the last thing she needed was for me to GUILT her into staying... which wasn't what I had been doing- but that is how she perceived it. When they are suicidal they are not in their right mind- and things get all messed up in the mind.
