photo of a very pleasant, caring, dedicated police detective who was working duty near the baseball stadium. When he saw me in the wheelchair he approached me to make sure I knew where I was headed and to make sure I had everything I need. I took this photo without him knowing- he thought I was taking photo of something behind him--- even made a point of trying to move our of my way (I tricked him- because I wanted a candid photo-) I love the true candor shown in this- ernest, kind, but firm about the law.
