This was my first oil painting and first portrait done in 2000. This painting didn't photograph well...I had trouble with glare... Done on an 18"x 24" canvas.

This is a nice, friendly portrait. It is split between the man and his horse, which form a bond in the painting. Both seem happy, although it's hard to tell with a horse. Not too bad a photo. Keep up the good work. There's nothing like the human figure.amitava bora 06 Feb 2006
