Elaine Cruickshank What a wondeful photo of this historical figure. The B&W finish gives it more of a historical feel.
| Artist Reply: Elaine, thank you so much for the excellent comment on this one and for stopping by to view it. She was quite the heroic lady getting her people to freedom and traveling so far to do so with a price on her for capture. I love to shoot in B&W when the subject is right for it. So glad you liked this one, it is very much appreciated. | ||

Sharon Gonzalez THANK YOU FOR POSTING THIS FANTASTIC TRIBUTE CREATION, LOYD.
| Artist Reply: Sharon, thank you so much for the excellent comment on this one and for stopping by to view it. Quite the tribute to the lady who did so much and traveled so far for her people facing the dangers of the roads she traversed with a price on her for capture. It would be nice were we to have more like her in today's world. So glad you liked this one, it is very much appreciated. | ||

ruth sears what a great historical image, great she was never caught.
| Artist Reply: Ruth, thank you so very much for the excellent comment on this one and for stopping by to view it. One of the statues that I drive past all the time in the city and quite the interesting lady that did so much and traveled so far for her people. I guess in today's world she would be called a radical or perhaps an outlaw, but it would be nice were we to have more like her today. So very glad you liked this one, it is very much appreciated. | ||
