The City of Devils: Motoko and Drake

This here is a test digitally flat-painted cel based on "The City of Devils" I had worked on featuring two of the beast type characters. Has resident big lug Drake giving his best friend and co-worker Motoko a piggy-back ride. There's not much more to the story besides that . . . it just had to be drawn.
