Blunt Burned Sunset

11"x14"; Painted (from my head) in an ex-boyfriends room. Smoking a joint, didn't know where to put it so I put it out on the sun of my painting, 2010; Watercolor and joint; signed lower right. The original copy of this piece burned in a housefire, 2016. - Copyright © Jessica Swan 2017

This is probably one of the coolest artworks I have ever seen. It's soft in some areas yet extremely sharp in others, and that beautiful contrast just beckons more of my attention. Not to mention I'm a sucker for sunsets and the colors red and green. I would totally buy it if I could.
