The Holly and the Ivy

"The Holly and the Ivy" is the name of a Christmas carol we always sang at my grandparents' house when we were little girls (from the Cornish "Sans Day Carol"). Both ivy and holly of course are often associated with the holiday season since they are evergreen plants often used for decoration. In this case, the two have taken the form of fairy-like angels, sitting in a winter forest. Cute!! My own original acrylic painting.

Busy little angels getting ready for the Holidays. This is a Dazzler, for Sure. Obvious Authenticity, tells us a sweet story with exemplary clarity.
