Cindy Delaney was born in Canada’s most eastern province of Newfoundland. As a young child, Cindy loved anything artsy and has always had a passion for creativity. She spent much of her time in the great outdoors, enjoying the raw scenery of what Newfoundland had to offer.
In 1995, Cindy graduated from Toronto School of Business as a Medical Office Assistant and then moved from Newfoundland, to Toronto, Ontario and currently resides in Southwestern Ontario with her husband, son, and animals.
In 2006, Cindy started to sell her artwork online. Her work can now be found in many private collections across Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom.
Cindy’s preferred painting medium is oil, but experiments with various mediums such as watercolors, and acrylics.
Her first love is Photography, which helps inspire her next creative burst on the canvas. Her paintings & photography reflect her mood, state of being, and she loves the anticipation of unleashing the brush on the canvas or snapping the next photo to see where her next piece will take her. Cindy’s works are also often motivated by her wonderful outdoor memories of her home province of Newfoundland.
