I'm a retired IT consultant who likes to paint. Fortunately, the two disciplines gel quite well.
I'm originally from Fulham, London and spent all my life there until I married Lorna in 1970.
In September 2005, I took part in Granada's "A Brush With Fame". Although I was excluded in the first round of the Brighton heat, I found it a very invigorating and motivating experience.
I try to enter competitions whenever possible as they give me a focus in both subject matter and timescale.
