Self Portrait

Background: As a digital photographer, I seek to capture the moment as it appears in its own natural colors. As an artist in Pointillism and as a poet, my work has been published around the country. In 1987, I was named Personality of America for Outstanding Achievements in the Arts. In 1997, I received the Commemorative Medal of Honor for Outstanding Achievements & Dedication to Personal and Professional Goals from the American Biographical Institute.

Membership: North Hills Art Center Artists & Craftsmens Guild, Hoyt Institute of Fine Art (application pending) and the Butler Institute of American Art  Youngstown, Ohio (application pending).

Vision: Photography is the ability to utilize the practices of artistic achievement. To have my work published on greeting cards, record albums and in Corporative Offices and lounges.

Bio: John began his artistic career in 1986 while attending the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. John lives in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with his wife, feline and K9.
