Thank you for taking a look at my portfolio. I have been immersed in photography for many years now....more than I can count. Most of my work is in the nature and wildlife catagory, but I'd like to open myself up to new areas as well....maybe more people/portraits/weddings...maybe more travel photography. I do like to travel frequently though, and spend most of my vacation time in National Parks such as Yellowstone and Yosemite as well as in my own backyard...the Adirondacks. Photography has been and is one of my biggest passions in life while still being a part-time venture. Over 25 years ago I started using Nikon equipment (I still have my first Nikon, a manual FM) but switched over to Canon a few years ago, a decision I don't regret. My equipment includes a Canon 5D, 20D and several Canon lenses with the total range being from 17mm-400mm. With this I feel able to tackle most situations with relative ease. There will always be advancements in technology and new skills to learn, so I will always be a student to some degree. I try to put my heart in my work, resulting in more of an intuitive approach rather than a schooled one.
