I started painting in 2000 since. From the beginning, I have tried several types of techniques in different topics, pencil drawing, oil painting, the enterior, landscape, nude, etc. In terms of themes, - even though sometimes I paint landscapes – mostly I paint geometric man-made objects, interiors, buildings, cities, nudes. I was really impressed by the works of the American Realist painter, Edward Hopper. I have held several exhibitions in France, Spain, Germany, but my pictures can be found in the U.S., and of course there are exhibition of my works in Hungary. I believe that people like new things, and thinking that one should look for art direction, which is novel as to invention, innovation, and it is unique, can not be copied, but conveys original value. So was born the "PixPaint", which is a totally unique, non-defined style. The works of "PixPaint" series consist of 5x5mm with wood or ceramic cubes which are separately painted 25 shades of one colour, and then assembled. One picture is composed of approximately 4000 – 16000 pcs/cubes, which is quite unique and labor-intensive, and the human eye puts together the whole picture from a certain distance. The sight of the final image is dependent on the distance of the image viewer ,the viewing angle and the lighting conditions due to the matrix. The price includes postage and packaging costs. The pictures delivered are usually frameless, with the are exceptions of those where the photo shows the frame.
