Artist Bio

J. Hunter Williams, born in Pennsylvania in 1944 with a "natural talent" for design. Graduated from Ringling School of Art & Design in Sarasota, FL in 1970. Born again at Tampa Bay Community Church in 1987. Received the Baptism of the Holy Spirit through evangelist Billy Burke in 1988. Using my natural talent for the Kingdom of God ever since.

What is a natural talent? I believe it's similar to your own "cell phone" issued to you by God before you're born. He uses it to communicate blessings, correction, and insight directly to you the rest of your life.

God has given me the ability to translate words and thoughts into images. When I read the Scriptures I see a whole visual presentation of what is told. I have taken that mental image to the next level and created Meditative Art, a combination of Scriptures and Digital Graphics that I call Visions from the Word.

Since before the printed Bible, Christianity has used paintings and sculptures to convey the Gospel to mankind. People remember what they see much longer than what they hear or read. My mission is to present God's Word in a such a memorable way it will help further His kingdom on earth.
