My name is Orlando Baez, cartoonist, character designer and comic artist. Born and raised in Manhattan. I graduated at the High School of Art & Design in New York. My major was media and from there I have learned the way of using a camera for filming. Instead, I applied the techinique for the art in comics. It was my favorite choice and because of today's movies. Comics have become a great merchandize for hollywood. And it is something that every artist dream of having their creation seen on film. And for that inspiration, I have enclosed several samples of my current portfolio artwork. Some of the artwork are creator-owned. As for my prior experience,I have designed characters as a lead character designer for a PC game project,titled "Gilbert Goodmate & the Mushroom of Phungoria". The website can be also seen at www.gilbertgoodmate.com. The work has been done at home and faxed to Sweden. To this day, I live in Oregon happily married and pursing a career in comics.
