Born in the UK in 1957, Jovan has always pursued art as a vocation and outlet for his interests and many talents. Working primarily as an freelance illustrator / designer / artist / print maker / producer of perforated faux postage, he has skillfully completed a vast array of projects. In addition to numerous teaching posts over the last few decades; both private and state funded - F/E and H/E lecturing, his clients range from public sector to private blue-chip companies, editorial through to bill board advertising, books through to postage stamps!! His work is much sought after and commands high returns, reflecting astute and discerning collectors and investors!!
