I have always been interested in the various branches of fine art, especially photography. I am open to the art of photography; I like to explore and create a new kind of visual world that most authentically represents my emotions and thoughts. I love to portray landscapes, people and colours that I come across. I seek challenges and value experience of life, cultures and people, all of which are reflected in a positive light in my photographs.
I have had the opportunity to travel to many special places and practice photography regularly. I celebrate the joy of taking pictures and sharing my feelings about the scenery I have seen. Through my images, my greatest aim is to share a special kind of joy and happiness and to help people discover different ways of living. There is nothing more interesting and exciting than our world, and we must guard against the loss of our different traditions, ideas and ways of life.
Currently, I am living in Bali, where I work and take my photographs. I feel privileged to be able to do what I enjoy doing. I gain much inspiration from the environment and from my partner, who is an artist. I have always enjoyed experimenting since I am attracted to the new, and I like to apply different ideas with enthusiasm in creating works of art.
The atmosphere and the mystical-spiritual Hindu religion in Bali inspires me in photography as well as in writing. My primary aim is to discover the regions of the Far-East and Oceania, thus reflecting the authentic and unique in our lost paradise. Secondly, I aim to contribute something to the multiplicity of our natural treasures and traditions, and discover a new kind of visual world never seen before. Man and nature as God’s greatest creations radiate a very strong magical atmosphere in the pictures. I like capturing the essence of interesting and unique compositions and situations, which enables my images to blur the divisions between the various branches of art, resulting in a particular kind of artistic energy.
