My painting Aspens made it in the finals for the 2013 Calendar of a big bank in Nürnberg. By mid July the online voting should be done and I will know if the painting made it! Certainly would be a treat of a special kind! | |

Spending lots of time preparing my balcony. Part is done, but some plants still have to wait, till the frosty nights are over with. But Im already enjoying, watching buds pop open and inspecting other buds, that are still dorment. Gosh, I love this time of the year, when everything comes back to life! | |

The 2 November operation for my snap finger (thumb right hand) is cancelled. While in USA, from one day to the next, the finger was ok again, after 9 months of pain! Hmmmmmmm.......9 months? Guess that was all labor ;-)) But, needless to say, Im really happy about it! | |
