Ozy Kroll attended the University of Wisconsin and studied drawing and sculpture. His drawings are rich in depth and color and his sculpture of cast bronze and carved wood show a more abstract style of his art. It wasn't until his first visit to the Yucatan in 1980, that he, in his own words, embraced color. Since then he has captured the scenes of Maya ruins, the caribbean, and the Keys on his canvas, in his pallette, and the imagination of those who enjoy his work. People love his characterizations of people, places, and objects he uses in his drawings and paintings. The details always keep your eyes moving throughout the piece. You can,t look at one of his works and not feel good. Since 1993, Ozy and his wife have lived in the Florida Keys where he continues to work in his bright tropical pallette. Most of Ozy's work are available in prints. For details and pricing on originals contact Ozy at 305-393-3480
