For many years, I worked in various mediums in art. I worked as a potter for many years and had a raku studio, creating and teaching pottery. I decided to devote myself only to painting as I grew older. I have a special love for watercolor because of the magical interaction of paint, paper and water. I love exploring the possibilities with the brush in watercolor. Drawing is another love. As one develops their seeing eye, drawing can become a natural eye/hand movement that can express an image in a loose and yet strong statement that is both satisfying and meaningful. I have only shown my paintings periodically, as I have not been able to paint consistently. My CV is available on request.
