I have been touching base here and there. Trying to sell a home in southern Kentucky and find work in Louisville. I have done that as of 2 months ago. Well, at least part of it. I am working in Louisville. The house is still needing attention b4 I can sell it. I just do not have the urge to go back there. It is a beautiful place nestled on the Cumberland River. Yet, it is time to move forward and leave so much death behind. My husband, my pets, my mom and our memories there. Now is a different time. Time for me! I am happy. My new hair do. yeah for me. lol

1/31/10 I have been out of town. My mom passed away on 23rd of January 2010.
I am trying to back to my photos now. I have a lot of tching up to do, huh?

WEll many things going in my life and wanted to again say thanks to any that I may have missed during my hectic schedule lately.
Mom moved back to Louisville a nursing home there. That was a bit upsetting for me as I am the only girl and we are very close. I am sure The Lord knows what he is doing by creating a little distance in her last years or days.
I found that my daughter is getting divorced after 12 years of marriage and the divorce is not as troubling as the fact of the 9 year old son they have.
He is very sentimental young man I pray for him and want to protect him the ways of the world that can be so cruel and painful and feel unfair his age.
So. That being said, i am mentally very distracted at times and may miss some posts. It is not intentional and all comments are very precious to me.

I think i have missed out on a a few comments and saying "Thanks" to those that commented.
I have brought mother back home to my house from the nursing home and I have been really swamped getting her moved back in and organizing meds etc...
So. If I missed out on Thanking anyone. I am saying Thanks right now. Know that I truly appreciate your comments and feedback.
Things should begin to slow down and I will be back in full force slamming you all with more Humming birds and sunset and possibly storm photos.

I did not see a physical thirepast but I did get monthly massages. They were great and she specialized in pregnancy so she had a special table. Make sure what ever type of thirepast is chosen it is with your doctors permission. Make sure the thirepast is familiar with the pregnant body since there are spots and pressure points that are a no no during pregnancy. Good luck and enjoy. -

A long time has passed since I last posted a blog entry. Things are so good for me right now. I love life. Ilove The Lord and I love growing closer to HIM.
I get lost from time to time but my real life intent is to be a really good person and do good things for others.
A long time ago people kept saying " Why do you stay in that little country town in the foothills?" My answer was that The Lord has a reason for my being here. I still believe that I am seeing some results now.
I understand that many think very differently. I have to stand to true to what i believe.
I lost my husband and best friend. I learned more strength. I have been kicked when down. I learned more back bone. I have hurt alone and cried alone and I survive with a positive attitude. Knowing all the lessons and I will learn form them. Suz Out!

Well, I am still learning to navigate this site and I am loving it. Everyone has made me feel so welcome. I have no formal training. I just know what moves me.
From the time I was a small child, my father took me on rides thru the ( Kentucky ) country and showed me areas that many people never got to see. He taught me what was important in life and how to live in the moment. He died when I was 10. I have not forgotten what I learned and I know by losing him and missing him,,,that when I take a picture; I want to capture the smell, the air, the moment. I want to look at these photos when I am older and be transported back to that moment! Thanks for reading~ Suz

I live in southern Ky. and love the outdoors and my camera. I never leave home without it! if any of pro's out there have any tips...feel free to share....I will be ading more as time goes on. ( in between my 9-5 ) hours! SL
