We would like things simple yet there's a tendency to over complicate. Much of this is necessitated by needless detail. It weighs us down like a heavy winter coat. Better to strip away the superfluous and run, perhaps giggling, into the clear waters of understanding. This is a 6 by 4 inches gel pen drawing on medium bond acid-free paper and a stripped down example of Original Jones Art as he sits, shivering but happy, on the northern plateau in Austin, Texas.
