Hey. I'm Heather, I'm an A Level student at the moment and I'm going on to do Illustration for Graphic Novels at university in September this year. I really love comics, though I'm afraid there's not much that prooves it on here, I hope to fix that soon. Also I hope to correct this once exams are over. But we'll see won't we. Anyway, most of what's on here is school work from the last two years and random doodles from when I was still in secondry school, there's more up to date work on my deviant account if you happen to be interested. My favourite comic book artist is Junko Mizuno, I love her combination of the sick twisted alongside the adorable and cute (and that her books come with stickers!) and in general am a manga fan. I also like "The Plain Janes" by Cecil Castellucci (yep, had to check that spelling) and Jim Rugg, (because ART SAVES) Frank Miller's "300", Eric Wright's "My Dead Girlfriend" and "The Umbrella Acadamey" by Gerard Way (Yep I'm also an MCR fan as well as a nerd). I post reviews on mangapunk.com (also under the name of Heltha) and it was the awesomeness of Rachal "The Great" Nabors, who got me into manga and webcomics, you should check out her stuff on gurl.com, (especially if you're fourteen and into NIN...) If you are crazy enough to want to buy something of mine, please please let me know, because then I might think about sorting myself out a paypal and whatever.
