Born in Corpus Christi, TX, I grew up in a S. Texas ranching family. My mother's father was Charles B. Burwell, forman of the Laureles Division of the King Ranch. Both my parents had a love of art and antiques. That love was passed on to me. I collect prehistoric pottery from the American Southwest and precolumbian cultures.
