Kilu Horecki

Spotting his visual art behind a camera lens, Kilu conveys innovative points of view with his photography. He creates a portrait with his object, whether inanimate or not, revealing the life within. His photo art delivers mesmerizing patterns with elegant colors and systematic lines and curvatures.

He seeks in his work the new, the unseen, the unexplored and the invisible. He captures his unique observations using the camera, performs the digital darkroom alchemy on them and documents the visual outcome using a palette of giclee techniques.

Kilu's "Rays" series captures the vivacious colored lights and exposes the fluid lines. He focuses on a particular angle of the lights, which dramatically show the light's fullness and excitement. His "Portraits" of people emote dynamism and personality. As if he shot the exact moment his models were revealing their vulnerability and sense of self. That moment is unique in its beauty and coated with emotions of the models.
