Graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in Education. This is my 5th year as a substitute teacher, which allows me to paint a lot during my summers when I am off. Although self taught as an artist/painter, I also try to study other's works and learn from them, and gain insight into painting anew from nature and my surroundings. I hope it all shows up in my landscapes, which I so enjoy painting.
