Karen spent four years studying art at college before setting up her own art and craft business. Charcoal pencil is Karens favourite medium as it allows her to create dramatic, high definition images whilst keeping the fine detail. Karens work covers a wide range of subject matter as she believes that the key to improving her technique lies in challenging herself with new surfaces and textures. Karen welcomes commissions as they often take her in new directions.
