Edith Dora Rey was born in Luzerne, Switzerland and immigrated to Canada as a child. She is a graduate of the Emily Carr Institute of Art + Design and Nova Scotia College of Art and Design. Her work has been shown in Vancouver, Seattle, Halifax, Montreal, Toronto and New York.
