After graduating from the Alberta College of Art and Design in Calgary in 1996 with a Fine Art Diploma, Jennifer moved to France in 1997.

In 2003 Jennifer added to her formal artistic training with an intensive course in Web-related computer programs which, together with a natural design talent makes her an excellent choice for website work.

In 2005 she finished her Bachelor of Fine Arts with the Alberta College of Art and Design.

Jennifer primarily works in ink and watercolours. She is a Board Member of The Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators's French chapter as well as a member of the French association La Maison des Illustrateurs.
