I wanted to let you all know that my time has been taken up since Sept with schooling. I am enrolled in a massage therapy college so the art has been put on a back burner for now so I can concentrate on this. I figured a few months back that any supplementing is good and the idea of being a licensed massage therapist was appealing. It will give me the freedom, financial and other, to do what I want and need with my art business too.

Gah!!! I am feeling SO ..invisible and miserable today...totally unappreciated.. hate it when that happens..I need some chocolate

Maiden voyage here. As far as work goes, I am preparing a portfolio to show to a local gallery here in Mobile. Cathedral Square Gallery. It is a co op but reasonably priced and the resident artists are easy to talk. I am often a bit shy or reticent when dealing with professional artists. Right now though, my mind is caught up in the typical finacial worries. Normal adult crap. We want to get a house and my fiance' is looking for a better paying job, hopefully in or around Chicago. Our marriage is March the 17th. I am calm now but I know I may be an emotional wreck when the actual day comes along. What started as a simple ceremony grew into this monster. Ah well... pax
