 Evgeniy Plesovskikh ABOUT THE ARTIST

Evgeniy Plesovskikh was born in 1961 in Barnaul, Siberia region, Russia. He graduated from the Novoaltaysk Art College of Painters. Since 1986 he has participated in regional and republic exhibitions. Since 1991 he has been a member of the International Confederation of Artists, UNESCO. His first solo exhibition took place in Istanbul's "Baldin's" Art Gallery and was a great success. Since 1992 he has lived and worked in the Podolsk/Moscow region.

Since 1992 Evgeniy Plesovskikh has participated in the following exhibitions: 1992 Moscow, "Golden Brush" 1993 Moscow, Manege, the "Art Myth" exhibition Moscow, Central Artist House, "Art Exhibition of Russia" 1994 Moscow, Solo exhibition in "MArs" Gallery 1996 Moscow, Central Artist House, Solo Exhibition 1996 Moscow, Tretiakovs Gallery, participation in exhibition of main Moscow galleries Moscow, Central Artist House, Solo Exhibition Moscow, Tretiakovs Gallery, The private collection of Liz Janstrub and Jense Gregersen 1997 Frankfrut-on-Main, participation in joint exhibition with Russian artists 1998 Vienna, "Otto" Gallery 1999 "Another Way Of Life", Priors Contemporary Fine Art, Barnard Castle, UK, Solo Exhibition Kranich Gallery, Zurich, Solo Exhibition

His paintings are in many private collections in Russia including the Museum of the private collection of the "M'Ars" Gallery; the collection of the Russian Banks Association and others; and abroad in the private collection of Liz Janstrub and Jense Gregersen in Denmark; Colodzey Art Foundation, USA and private collections in Italy, Brasil, Argentina, Japan, Germany, USA, UK ,Croatia, Austria, etc.
