Priscilla Rae (Cook) Andrews is primarily self-taught,she has studied under Mr.George, Redwood City,California, Mrs.Jacqolca,Hillsboro, California,where at the age of 11,she was offered a scholarship to the Art Institute in Mexico City ,her parents decided she was just to young. The landscape works of Florence Sackett and seascapes of E.John Robinson have influenced her style.The freeform Spirit Dove Series is an inspired collection.Her work depicts the many landscapes and wilderness scenes of the Northwest and Alaska as well as her love of the ocean can be seen in her seascapes.
