I have been painting in one way or another for most of my life. Been a professional artist for the past 15 years (ie living by art alone...no easy task!)
I work in two distinct styles, one is very classical and always in oil. I have done many commissions and exhibitions etc in this style. Portrait commissions have included the CBS network in LA for a TV series plus many private and corporate commissions in the UK. The other work is so different from the classical oils,I paint it under the pseudonym Indigo. It is entirely water colour, inks etc and was originally done for fun and a bit of light relief from academic studies while I was in Italy! However it has proved very popular and is gaining a life of it's own now especially as I love to do it, it's a pure indulgence of my own world...well Indigos world actually!
