I can't remember when I didn't draw. I didn't learn to paint, however, until I was a young wife and mother. It was my favorite hobby. Once my girls were out of school, and I had time on my hands, I decided to do more with my art. I took a few more classes, tried more techniques, and used all the wet mediums. Then I tried pastels. It was like meeting the perfect man! I have used nothing but pastels for the last three years. My career has grown. I love painting portraits, animal and people. My satisfaction comes from the happy faces of my clients.
