Janet Pierre’s painting knowledge continues to be developed as a result of personal study, workshops, and some formal tuition. Ms. Pierre was born on the Island of Trinidad, whose Sister Island is Tobago.

While Ms. Pierre began her artistic path at a very early age, it was not until a series of tragic mishaps that she decided to return to the more creative side of her nature as a form of Art Therapy.

Ms. Pierre is deeply indebted to fellow artists for their invaluable tips and hints all designed to promote the development of her artistic skills.

Ms. Pierre's work can be found in collections located in the U.S., U.K., France, Greece, Canada, Germany, Australia, and Trinidad & Tobago.

She is currently seeking gallery representation.
