Welcome. Thanks for checking out my portfolio. I'm 18 years old and have been drawing since I was 10, though I never started seriously doing it to get better until a couple years ago. I play a lot of video games, and my biggest inspirations would probably be the Megaman series and the original Grandia. The two artists I respect most are Keiji Inafune (designed Megaman) and Yoshihiro Togashi.(Yuyu Hakusho, Hunter X Hunter) I have millions of ideas (I'm always thinking about what to draw next), but I've only recently started making them come out on paper as I envision it.
I consider myself a bit of a maverick artist because I didn't base my drawing style off of any other manga artists', and I'm not necessarily concerned with realism as priority one ( I find that focusing too much on this takes all the fun out of my drawings and in most cases even sucks the soul out of what I'm working on.)
I am also working on my first attempt at manga right now. My manga, Magna Core, is a fighting manga infused with a few RPG and fighting game elements. You can read what little I have of it right now at: http://magna-core.deviantart.com
