I have been an artist my entire life. A short period of my life my major was fine art. After a year or two of starving and stressing over my art classes I changed my major to Health Information Management. Perhaps this drastic change seems strange. It sure felt strange. However I had decided that I did not want to starve and did not want my joy to become my stress. I wanted to leave work at the end of the day and not think about it anymore. I wanted to do my paintings when and where I pleased, no deadlines. I have had points in life when everything I thought about was art related. I have had times when I did nothing with my art. I am very recently just emerging from a non-art spell. I am painting again and lucky me I found this site to be immersed in a collage of talented artists.
