Donna Ryant lives in Brook Park, Ohio with her husband of 26 years. She works part time for a Social Service Agency that provides training and support to small nonprofit organizations which enables them to better serve their community.

With no formal training, Donna uses painting to express her inner spirit. She begins each of her works without any pre-determined vision. As the colors blend and take form, Donna allows intuition to guide the process. While speaking about her work, Donna says "The biggest challenge I normally face while painting, is trying to stay non-judgemental of what I see. Many times I feel like I have just ruined a perfectly good picture, only to find that if I just walk away for a while, my eye picks up something that I could not see before."

Donna's work shows a gentle, innocent spirit that she feels the world is in need of now. She plans to continue painting and is happy to share her work with anyone who is open to viewing her art.
