A MAD SUMMERNIGHT'S DREAM

Drawing on Paper 27" x 19" 1992 Fairy Tales gone berserk - was originally meant to be a poster for a musical comedy, comissioned and paid for, but not adopted. It was deemed too 'artistic' for the low-brow performance.

Artist Reply: thanks Renee - yeah, pigs fly, at least in this story. It was supposed to be a poster for a spoof play on fairytales. They paid me, but didn't use it, saying it was too "artistic" and people might expect too much from them after seeing the poster .......
