This hostile looking fellow was not happy to see me, or anybody for that matter. He had himself in a corner against the wall of the school warming himself in the late afternoon sun. I was up a hill taking pictures of a female that had wandered into the school yard when I heard some kids yelling about this one. I can understand why he made them jump..the look in his eye made me very aware of the fact that there was nothing between me and him except that little bit of scrub in the picture! Thankfully, the entire episode ended without incident. I am glad they chose the weekend to wander through. When moose decide to graze in the school yard during the week the kids have to stay inside for recess (for their own safety but it doesn't endear them to the moose!)
