An artist painting a portrait of his wife in Japan

The orginal background is reference of an artist named Chad Manbeck. His mother commission me to do an acrylic relief and I decided to use one of Chad's pieces as reference backdrop and I'll insert relief technique of Chad and his wife in the piece. So that's Chad (the artist) painting a potrait of his wife that is sitting in the foreground while they were living in Japan. It's kind've of a Pink Floyd surreal concept but what I understand Chad liked it a lot. His wife "How Funny! Gee Chad you'll have a piece in the house that isn't yours!" I thought that was pretty cool!
