©Seth F. Weaver,Sr. 09/03/09. Acrylic on stretched canvas. Painted for my youngest daughter Amanda, she's a great fan of this musical. When she was little my wife and I loved to watch her dance and sing along to this musical and she knew all the words and the dance moves. We always enjoyed her more than the movie.

Awsome canvas bro, mom say's it even looks like the actor, I love the soft freehanded work, I would have messed it up with hard lines and strugled with the perspective, it looks like it just spilled out of your heart rite on the canvas, thats art brother, nice job man!!!

Artist Reply: I wish I could get the colors to look as vibrant and vivid as the painting looked. Amanda took it back to UNC-G with her. WOW that's a compliment! I'm working on "Some Like It Hot" now and she's real excited about how it looks already. It was nice to get back to the acrylics and away from the digitals for a while. Thank you dear Vanessa for your sweet words of support for your ole Dad's work!
