you know, i see this kind of thing and i think - that would be a great picture - but it's raining and wet and i don't have time to take a picture - what a great picture! i love the dirt!
You've really captured so many elements that make city streets a fascinating world onto their own. The water, reflections, textures, rusted metal, painted lines. . .everything contributes to an image that's both visual and tactile. Very well done.
