Were you standing up to your neck in water Sharon? That would make it a real water color. You have the eye.

Anonymous Guest 18 Jun 2008

Watercolor, what a surprise!! Will we be seeing more in the future? I especially like the colors in the puddles.

MJ Mitchell 18 Jun 2008

Very impressive to be your first watercolor SHaron, the water/puddles are excellent, the bird, the greenery - awesome work of art!

Donald Schrier 18 Jun 2008

This is a very nice watercolor and the composition is great. I love the crain and the colors are very good. If this is the first I would guess the future ones are really going to be wonderful.

Get out of here... the first watercolor??? WOW!! It's a beauty!

I think the little wading bird is the coolest! I wish I had the patience to use watercolor, this is so nice I can smell the saltwater. (I started to be safe and put 'water' but decided to call it like I see it and indicate that I thought it was saltwater)

José Fortunato 18 Jun 2008

Great ! The first one is fantastic !

Dan Perrone 18 Jun 2008

it looks very real like the bird could walk right out of the picture
